My First Time Using Lush

Heeey! I've been mega-busy with coursework lately and haven't had the time to write any posts - sorry about that. But I'm back with a good'n to share with you all. I went into Lush the other week (for the first time asdfghjhgfd) to pick up part of my friend's presents, and ended up picking up three things for myself. I've heard a lot of people say the smell of the Lush stores are a bit sickly and too much, but I actually found this wasn't the case for me. You know those packs of 20 lollies that you'd buy on your birthday to give to people in primary school? You know the sherbet ones shaped like a flying saucer? That's exactly what it smelt like to me - completely different to what I was expecting. Here's the four things I picked up...

Cinders Bath Bomb - £2.50
I've already used this one, and by God was it gorgeous. I sat there for a full 10 minutes watching this one fizz and pop in my bath - I enjoyed every second of it. The smell of this was a little cinnamon-ish and smelt...warm. Warm and spicy. I'll be buying this again next time I'm in Lush.
The Melting Snowman Luxury Bath Melt - £2.25
Right, so this smells like Christmas. That's it. Smells a lot like cinnamon too, but this one has a stronger scent and just makes me want to go to sleep. IT SMELLS LIKE CHRISTMAS. CHRISTMAAAAAAAAAAAAS. This poor fella has no carrot nose, but I didn't have time to grab a different one as the store was packed - there was no room to move at all xD
Northern Lights Bath Bomb - £3.50
This smell to me is a little florally and a little sherbety (sherbety is totally a word April). I'm giving this one to Kathryn as I feel like it's a really good one for getting a few uses out of it - you can break bits off for each bath. It has little stars in it which look so cute and will look even better in water. I know there's blue running through the middle of this because a little segment has come away from the bath bomb and I can see dark blue :3 So so vibrant and beautiful, one day I'll come back for this one so I can try it myself!
Dashing Santa Bath Bomb - £2.95
So this little guy makes me feel quite Christmasy and smells like sherbet and I think I can smell some sort of fruit? It's a lovely smell, not too overpowering but not too weak smelling. I don't know whether or not it's just me, but as nice as the smell is I feel like it could've smelt more like Christmas. I mean, I love the bomb itself (how can you not feel the Christmas Spirit when Santa looks so cute in bath bomb form?) but I feel like because it's Santa as a bath bomb it should smell more like Christmas. Have I ever said Christmas so many times in one paragraph? Christmas. BY THE WAY GUYS IT'S 5 DAYS TILL DECEMBER, WHAT IS THIS LIFE?!?!?!??! Let me know in the comments if you're excited for Christmas!

So I'm obsessed with Lush already and wish I had all the money in the world to spend there. They gave me a booklet full of their products and now I want to build a snowman in my bath and dye my hair blue/black with their Henna Bricks and can I please shampoo my hair with a block of shampoo and I WANT MY TOOTHY TABS ;-; The struggle is real. Let me know what your favourite Lush product is down below, and if you haven't tried Lush yet then you're missing out!
